SalivaConfirm Oral Drug Test
Our SalivaConfirm Premium 14 Panel saliva based drug test is the only 14 panel instant saliva test on the market and has the ability to detect Fentanyl, Alcohol & K2/Spice. This test is popular for use in correctional facilities and other law enforcement agencies.
Our 14 panel drug test is designed to reduce the threat of invalid drug test results with our new saliva indicator that turns pink once an adequate saliva sample has been collected. This indicator helps to decrease invalid results, that makes the testing process difficult for administrators and donors, and decreases overall costs for re-testing.
Drugs detected in the 14 Panel SalivaConfirm:
- Alcohol (ALC)
- Amphetamines (AMP)
- Barbiturates (BAR)
- Benzodiazepines (BZO)

Obtain the most accurate drug and alcohol test results within minutes, and save time without the need for private bathroom sample collection. Our SalivaConfirm Premium mouth swab drugs tests are the most non-invasive drug test method available.
For forensic use only.
How can I prevent invalid test results?
SalivaConfirm oral devices have a unique collection sponge that includes a color changing indicator when sufficient saliva has been collected for testing. Ensure that the collection sponge is pressed fully into the testing device, until you can hear a click that the sponge is in place. If results do not appear on all panels while the test device is upright, move the device around to distribute the saliva sample, so that all panels can be saturated. You can perform multiple saliva collections with collections sponges to be used with the same test device, for all panels to be saturated.
Can Fentanyl be detected on a traditional opiate oral drug test kit?
Unfortunately, Fentanyl is not detected on traditional opiate drug tests, as it's a synthetic opioid that produces different metabolites than non-synthetic opiates. However, our SalivaConfirm Premium mouth swab test has a separate drug test panel specifically intended to detect Fentanyl.
What is the average shelf life of your oral drug tests?
Our SalivaConfirm Premium Saliva Test Kits typically have a shelf life of around 10-12 months. Drug test kits which include Alcohol on the panels have shorter shelf lives.
Which synthetic marijuana compounds are detected in this instant saliva drug test?
Our mouth swab drug tests can detect JWH-073 and JWH-018.
How long does it take for the results of this saliva drug test kit?
Results of the alcohol test should be read at 3 minutes while the oral drug test results should be read at 10 minutes. Do not read after 10 minutes

Instruct the test donor not to place anything in their mouth including food, drinks, gum or tobacco products for at least 10 minutes prior to sample collection.
Remove the collection stick and test tube from the sealed pouch, then label the device with donor information.
Insert the sponge end of the collection stick into mouth and soak sponge into saliva for 3 minutes. Important: Do not bite, suck or chew on the sponge.
Note: if the amount of saliva pressed into the test tube is not adequate to initiate testing, try again with a new collection stick and use same tube.
Hold the test tube vertically and place the collection tick into the tube. Press the stick all the way down until the lid seals the tube. Keep the test tube upright until you begin to read results.
Read results of alcohol test at 3 minutes and drug tests at 10 minutes. Peel off the label to read test results.
How to Read Oral Drug Test Results:
Negative test results will show two lines – one line in the control region (C) and one line in the test region (T). Please note, even a very faint line in the test region indicates a negative result.
Presumptive positive results will show only one line in the control region (C). If a test fails to show a line in the control region (C), this indicates an invalid test.
Invalid drug test results occur when no line appears in the control region (C). Should this occur, discard the defective test and repeat the above steps with a new device. If results are still invalid, stop using the test kit and contact TestCountry for assistance.
