All orders placed before 4:00pm EST (1:00pm PST) Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after our cutoff will ship the next business day.
Yes, we do ship outside of the United States but international shipping rates may apply.
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and sealed in original condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to your account (shipping fees extra).
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at returns@testcountry.com or give us a call at 800-656-0745 to obtain an RMA number.
