You may have noticed that TestCountry.com recently got a new face lift. While things may look different, we're still the same old TestCountry you've grown to know and love. Are you still the same company?

Yes, we are still the same company and customer service team as we have always been, we've just upgraded our site to make your shopping experience a much smoother, easier, more streamlined process.

Is my login and password the same as on your old website?

Your website login and password should be the same as on our old website but if you're having trouble logging in, please give us a call at 800-656-0745 and we'd be more than happy to assist you over the phone.

I can't remember my password...how do I reset it?

Please follow this link and click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

What does "Case Qty" mean on your product pages? I am used to ordering by the number of tests I need.

In an effort to make your shopping experience easier and more streamlined, we have migrated from listing our products in individual quantities, to case quantities. The majority of our instant drug testing kits come in quantities of 25, or one case. For example, if you always order 100 tests, you will select 4 cases.

Why did you remove TestCountry’s Points-Based Reward System?

Based on your feedback, we removed our Points-Based Reward System. Research suggests customers prefer more desirable benefits, so we’re now offering:

Will I lose access to my Corporate Account information?

We care about your privacy, security and convenience. Corporate Account access is unlimited, and your information is always confidential.

Your Test Country Corporate Account info will be carried over to our new site.

Please note: If you do not see your Order History at this time, we are working on importing all of your data from our previous website.

Who can purchase laboratory testing?

We’ve discontinued individual laboratory testing service because we believe our instant, at-home drug test kits will meet your needs more cheaply and efficiently:

For business:

Corporate buyers can purchase a minimum of 5 laboratory tests to keep drugs out of the workplace. Our Corporate Account Portal allows you to:

  • Schedule laboratory tests
  • Track results on the go
  • Find the lab nearest you
  • Customize sample submission deadlines

Where can I find the results of my previous laboratory drug test?
