The purpose of this program is to provide greater access to drug testing kits for teenagers and adults with substance abuse problems.

According to the 2004 National Survey on Drug Use and Health, more than 11 million people have experimented with MDMA (Ecstasy), more than 11 million have tried Methamphetamine, and more than 23 million have tried LSD (Acid) at least once. The drug tests can detect up to 10 different substances simultaneously including Amphetamines (AMP), Barbiturates (BAR), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Cocaine (COC), Methamphetamines (mAMP), Methadone (MTD), Opiates (OPI including Heroin), Phencyclidine (PCP including angel dust), Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA) and Marijuana (THC). The package will also include an educational paper titled "A Parents Guide to Stop Teenage Drug Use". This guide was specifically designed by TestCountry to assist parents to learn about drug prevention among kids and teenagers.

Some organizations that have already benefited from the donations include the San Diego Youth and Community Services, Teen Challenge International, Volunteers of America/ Alcohol & Drug Services Center as well as many others.
